"Christian Fiction"

The genre commonly called "Christian fiction" is extremely limiting, since it presumes an exclusive role in the universe of fiction that is misleading at best. There are many wonderful novels that are appreciated by readers of all religions, including Christian, that do not fall into the present day definition of Christian fiction. Having said that, teen readers who prefer their novels imbued with Christian theology may find it difficult to find appropriate books in the library. Below are a number of authors who specialize in teen Christian fiction, with links to the Pinellas County Library System.
