Everyone has at least one poem in them! If you're looking for a safe
place to share your poem, come to Palm Harbor's Open Mic Night on
Friday, April 13. It will be held on the outside terrace (weather
permitting) at The Witch's Brew. We'll be starting at 8:00pm and
finishing by 9:00pm.
If you need a little extra inspiration, check out Take the Mic: The Art of Performance Poetry, Slam, and the Spoken Word by Marc Kelly Smith. You'll find plenty of encouraging words, tips for composing your work, and tips for performance.
